For an added sparkle, there is a round brilliant cut diamond accent just below the lapis. The 18k yellow gold prongs wrap around to the open back setting of the stone. Made of 18k yellow gold and oxidized silver, the pendant measures 1.5" tall including the bail and 0.38" at the widest.
